My review of SwissKing.net took a lot of patience. These guys are so slow to react, it's like they only come to work once a week! The Rolex replica they sent me arrived broken, and just going through the normal steps to return it took ages. Although the site looks pretty good and their watch collection is vast, the bad merchandise and painfully slow service combined make this site a total disaster.
Quality: Are These Watches Any Good?
There was a pin missing that caused the band of my Deepsea Rolex replica to come apart. Normally this would be simple to fix but the pin-holes were badly cut, so my local watch repairman said there was nothing he could do. The size of the watch was a bit off too, and so was the color of the dial.
The Site: Usability and Design
The Swiss King site looks okay, but it has tons of problems. The most significant issue is that there are tons of dead links. Almost half the watches I clicked on lead me to a missing page. I don't know if they just wanted to make their catalogue look bigger or if they're just poorly organized, but it sure is a mess.
Service: Is Their Staff Any Good?
They are helpful enough but they're so slow! For every message I sent them, they took a minimum of five days to respond. So what would normally be a short little conversation gets stretched out over weeks. I started my review of SwissKing back in early January, and am only finishing it now!
Shipping: Is It Fast and Reliable?
Like everything these guys do, it's slow! It took over two weeks, and by the time they got me the tracking number it had already arrived!
Return Policy: Is It Reasonable?
They were fair about taking it back, but they made me nervous because they took so long refunding my money. I eventually saw it appear back in my account, but for a while I thought they had ripped me off.
The Bottom Line
I don't mind waiting a little for a great watch, but not this long, and certainly not for this watch! With a better product and faster service this site could be alright, but I don't think they're in any hurry to make a change.
